Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping to US and Canada.
How are your products shipped?
- We know you want your bottle openers, we want you to have them too. We'll eat the costs of shipping & handling for retail orders over $50. Does not apply to wholesale or custom orders.
Do you ship to my country?
- We ship via USPS First Class in padded envelopes or small boxes (depending on the product). Every opener is individually packaged with a sticker (the specific sticker may vary).
Is tracking available?
- We ship worldwide using USPS First Class International to 180 countries. Once it enters your country, the package is handled by your country's postal service.
When will my order ship?
- Tracking is available inside the US only. The post office does not always scan every single time, so don't be surprised if the tracking says that only the label was created. Also note that for international shipments, we can only see that a package left the US.
How long until my opener arrives?
- We will drop your shipment off at the post office the next business day. Sometimes you're super lucky and it gets shipped the same day.
My opener still isn't here and the beer is piling up, totally unopened, please help!
- We ship from California, it can take up to 5 business days to arrive within the US, and up to 15 business days to arrive internationally.
- Email us through our Contact Us form, something clearly went wrong.
